Revision Policy: Free Unlimited Revisions

What our free revisions cover, how long you have to request them, how quickly they are returned, and what counts as new work instead.

📅 Last updated: 31 August 2026 🇩🇪 Governed by German law 🔒 GDPR compliant

01What a revision is

A revision is a correction or improvement to work we have already delivered, made so that it matches the order specification you approved. Revisions are carried out by the same expert who wrote the original work wherever possible.

Revisions are free. You are not charged for our work meeting the brief you paid for.

02What is covered free of charge

The following fall within the original order and are always revised at no cost:

  • Restructuring, reordering or improving the flow of the argument.
  • Correcting or expanding analysis that does not go far enough for the level ordered.
  • Grammar, spelling, punctuation, academic register and tone.
  • Formatting, layout, headings, title page, table of contents and pagination.
  • Citation and referencing errors, or converting between the styles specified in the original order.
  • Adjusting the word count to the figure originally ordered, within the usual tolerance.
  • Correcting anything that departs from the brief, rubric or guidelines you supplied at the start.
  • Addressing supervisor or professor feedback that relates to the original brief.

03What counts as new work rather than a revision

Some requests change the order rather than correct it. These are quoted before any work begins, never billed afterwards, and you are free to decline the quote.

  • A different topic, title or research question.
  • A materially higher word count than originally ordered.
  • New requirements, sources or guidelines not provided at the time of ordering.
  • A change of referencing style not specified in the original order.
  • Additional chapters, sections, appendices or deliverables.
  • A change of academic level, for example from bachelor to master.
  • New data, a new dataset or a different analytical method.

04How many revisions you get

Revisions are unlimited within the revision period. There is no cap on the number of requests and no charge for any of them, provided each request stays within the original order specification.

Please consolidate your comments into one message per round. A single, complete list is faster to action than several partial ones, and it avoids contradictory instructions reaching the writer.

05The revision period

The revision period runs from the moment the completed work is delivered to you.

  • Standard assignments, essays and coursework — 14 days.
  • Theses, dissertations and long research projects — 30 days.
  • Editing and proofreading orders — 14 days.

If your marking feedback arrives after the period has closed, contact us anyway. Where the feedback relates to the original brief we will normally still revise the work as a matter of course.

06How to request a revision

  1. Message us on WhatsApp, by email, or through your order dashboard, quoting your order number.
  2. Attach the delivered file and mark up the sections you want changed, or list them clearly.
  3. Attach any supervisor comments, marking feedback or updated guidelines.
  4. Tell us your new deadline, if there is one.

Specific instructions produce fast, accurate revisions. “Chapter 3, paragraphs 2–4: the method is described but not justified” is far more useful to a writer than “improve chapter 3”.

07Revision turnaround times

We confirm receipt of every revision request within 30 minutes and give you a completion time at that point.

  • Minor revisions — formatting, referencing, language: usually within 12 hours.
  • Moderate revisions — restructuring, deeper analysis, added sources: usually 24 to 48 hours.
  • Major revisions — substantial rewriting of chapters: usually 3 to 5 days.
  • Urgent revisions — where you have a live deadline, tell us and we prioritise the request.

08If a revision does not resolve the problem

If the revised work still does not match the order specification, tell us and we escalate. In that situation we will, at your choice and at our cost:

  • Reassign the work to a different expert of equal or higher qualification, or
  • Have a senior reviewer assess the work against your original brief and direct the rewrite.

Where the work still cannot be brought in line with the specification you approved, the matter is handled under our warranty and refund terms.

09Grades and revisions

We revise work against the brief, not against the mark awarded. No service can control how an individual examiner applies a rubric, and we do not guarantee any particular grade.

Where feedback shows the work genuinely failed to meet the specification you ordered, that is a revision matter and we deal with it. Where the feedback reflects a marker’s academic judgement on a paper that did meet the brief, we will explain the position honestly rather than promise something we cannot deliver.
